Description of Service

LendPitch provides a platform connecting auto dealers with lenders for the purpose of facilitating auto financing. We do not provide financial advice, make lending decisions, or guarantee funding for any deal.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when using our platform. Dealers must have proper authorization to submit customer information. Lenders must comply with all applicable lending regulations.

Pricing and Payment

Dealers use LendPitch free of charge. Lenders are charged $20 per booked deal. Payment terms and billing procedures are provided upon registration.

Limitation of Liability

LendPitch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits or data loss.
